Returns & Exchange PolicyUpdated 8 months ago

If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we will process an exchange or refund for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition and within our return time frame.

Items must be originally purchased at properlytied.com to qualify. If purchased at a local or online retailer, returns and exchanges may be facilitated through said retailer in accordance with their policies.

For eligible returns you may request:

 Exchanges & Store Credit: FREE within 60 days.Original Payment Method: $9.95  flat return rate within 30 days.

 Orders can not be returned or exchanged after 60 days from the order date.


The full amount paid minus shipping fees and discounts will be credited 7-10 days upon processing of the returned item(s).

 

Return Exclusions: 

“FINAL SALE” or “ALL SALES FINAL” items are offered at clearance prices and may not be returned. This includes "semi-annual", "final flight", "last call", "spring cleaning", and "12 Days of Christmas" promotions as they are offered at deep discounts. 

Other items considered final sale are as follows: undergarments and socks.
