If you are the recipient of a gift originally purchased at properlytied.com or a Properly Tied Pop-Up, we will need to update information associated with the original purchase. Please contact our Customer Care Team here with the purchasers name, email address, order number, and phone number to process returns/exchanges.

For gifts that were purchased at local or online retailers, returns and exchanges may be facilitated through said retailer in accordance with their policies. We do not accept returns or exchanges from products purchased at other retailers.
