If you are unable to locate your package after delivery confirmation, start by checking common delivery spots like side doors, front and back porches, and with your neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as ‘Delivered’ before dropping them off, so it's best to wait up to one business day after delivery confirmation. If you still can’t find it, the first step is to contact the delivery service directly. 

If your package was lost by FedEx, Properly Tied’s Customer Service can assist. Provide your order number and shipping address, and we’ll set up a lost package claim with FedEx for you.
